Broadland Estates is a successful and active Estate Agency which
has been established in Guernsey since 1987. Since that time we have always had
a St. Peter Port based office and offer a high profile location in Trinity
Square with hundreds of people on foot passing our large display windows every
day.
Partners
Andrew Round has owned and successfully run Broadland Estates for 11 years and
established the Company as an active and caring Estate Agency. His particular
skills lie in the I.T. side of the business having seen the potential for the
internet he ensured that Broadland's were the first agents in Guernsey to have a
web site listing property details. With the launch of our new web site in May
2004 he remains committed to Broadland Estates being at the forefront of modern
technology.
Gresham Barber joined Andrew Round as a partner in June 2003 and brings his
considerable experience from a successful career in the hospitality industry.
His particular skills lie in being very much a hands on 'people person'. He
understands that buying and/or selling can be very stressful and negotiations
can require a lot of time and attention to detail. He will do all he can to make
the experience a happy, smooth sailing transaction for you whether you are
buying or selling.
